i am not clear with the word "round" used in the sentences above e.g.
'to come round three times a week'
provide other sentences with the word round.

Orchid, I think what that sentence is trying to say is, when you pay someone to come out to your house, just to check any problem without fixign that problem, or if you decide to fix the problem you got to pay.
