Sir,
You have used 'I' ( caps) in between a senetence. like, "How often can I use the gym with this membership?"
It should be lowercase no?

Clare

No, the subject pronoun I is always in capital letters.

Rahim

Sir,
what dose tone up mean ?

Clare

It means to make your muscles more efficient and to lose excess weight.

A.G.Ananth

What about"How long do you stay open?" Instead of "How late do you stay open"

Clare

Yes, that's also fine.
