The doctor said to pinch the place between his upper lip and his nose when the next time he feel a cramp. The cramp should stop right away. Please help, thanks. Rich said," I get leg cramps at night. ( the reporting verbs are say). May I make these sentences:

The doctor said to pinch the place between his upper lip and his nose when the next time he feel a cramp. The cramp should stop right away.
