It's a mixed conditional, where you have the beginning of a third conditional (if I hadn't wasted) with a present result "I would have".

What kind of conditional sentence is this?
If I hadn't wasted so much money last year,I would have my own apartment now.
what is the difference if I say:
If I didn't waste time……..

oh i forget been and my sentences will be
if i had known this site earlier , i wouldn`t have been joining this institute. or this correct
