I did not get any reply on this question in my previous topic. I hope that I shall get some here.
Which of these is correct? ("The" and capitalisation.)
1) "Heaven", "Hell";
2) "the Heaven", "the Hell";
3) "heaven"; "hell";
4) "the heaven", "the hell".

You don't need an article with either heaven or hell. We tend not to capitalise them, either.
