I think that both might be correct, though I have never heard of "presently" word. It gives me four different translations in dictionary while "currently" only gives two translations with the same meaning, so I advise you to use the first sentence.
I would have rephrased it to one of these, though:
"I currently am working on this task";
"I am currently working on this task".

I'd also use "currently". "Presently" can also mean "very soon" but even then, I'd use something like "about to": "I'm just about to start work on these lists."
