Week 7: comparatives, vocabulary for towns, giving directions, tourist conversations
The lessons for Week 7 all focus on tourists and places of interest. There's a grammar lesson, a speaking lesson, and two vocabulary lessons.
Practice and exercises
There's speaking and pronunciation practice in the speaking lesson (English conversations for tourists), and two multiple-choice exercises (in the grammar lesson and vocabulary practice lesson).

In previous weeks of the English course
In Week 1 the grammar lessons cover the verb "to be", and subject / object pronouns and possessives. The vocabulary lesson covers words and phrases to talk about your family. The speaking lesson gives practice in saying hello and introducing yourself.
In Week 2, the grammar lesson is the Present Simple tense. (Question forms are practised further in Week 3.) Week 2 also covers telephone phrases, vocabulary to talk about your job, and giving personal information, such as date of birth and address.
Week 3 also has a grammar lesson on English nouns (singular, plural, countable and uncountable), a vocabulary lesson on talking about your free time, and speaking practice in making a hotel booking in English.
In Week 4, there's a grammar lesson on indefinite and definite articles, a vocabulary lesson on transport vocabulary (with a speaking lesson on buying tickets) and a lesson on being polite in English.
In Week 5 there are three grammar lessons and one vocabulary lesson. The grammar lessons are using there is / there are and some / any; how to say where things are (prepositions of location) and how to use "can". The vocabulary lesson is on rooms and furniture.
In Week 6 there's focus on shopping, with a grammar lesson on using demonstratives and determiners. There's a speaking lesson for shopping conversations and a vocabulary lesson on clothes and shoes. There's also a writing lesson for short messages and emails.
In Week 8 there are lessons about the past tense in English (regular verbs), with dates and time vocabulary.
