There's a lot you can do to learn English, even if you only have a few minutes a day.
Here are five ideas to get you started:
- watch TV or a youtube video for five minutes a day
- listen to a podcast, internet radio, or a new song in English
- read a page (or two) of a book you particularly like. Make a note of three new words / phrases and find out their meaning from a good dictionary
- review the vocabulary you learnt last week. Do you still remember the words? Have you heard or seen them used in the last week?
- post a message on the HelpMe! forum (if you have a question) or on the Penpals forum, if you want to make contact with someone else learning English.

yes,i agree.listen to song in english is good idea.it help you remember vocabulary beside you can improve speaking kill better and anything orther.

hi frnds u say me ur frnd or a guide i have lot more up and down and people who are not able to speak english properly but due to continous effort and hardwork they are now speaking english fluently. so my idea to learn enflish is
1. read newspaper loud for 15-20 minutes daily
2. watch english channel for 15 minutes
3. listen english songs at the time of traveling
4. read more and more english books
5. try to interact with other it will mprove your confidence level

I firmly believe the qoute "Practice makes a man perfect." If we regularly read & hear english news, see english movie, & B.B.C, I think we can improve in english. So dearest all, try to keep it up.
learning english is fun,if you read books it will help you and don't be shy, speak as you like.
