		<description>i feel that the best way to save yourself from hot is to be patient , because  how long the hot days last, it will come to an end and then you have to prepare for cold..so the most crucial thing is to be patient as much  possible as you can.</description>

		<description>I drink a lot of water. Iced tea or softdrinks will do. I usually dont stay in my room because it is not airconditioned. If the weather is really hot what i do is, i take a bath or go swimming. I often wear sleeveless. I dont wear dark colored clothes during summer.</description>

		<description>actually , this always bother me espically in the summer times and i advice each on of us to dring liquids such as water, juces and soft drinks

and also we can stay as much we can in the shadwo areas and cold places whic have air conditions and we can also limit spical times to go out during the day time</description>

		<description>I think the best way to beat the heat is drink as much water and juices as we can and consume  less solid food. Cover ourselves properly before leaving outside. We should avoid unnecessary day outing and try to put off the task for dusk to complete, if possible.</description>
