Keeping fit

It's a losing battle, it seems. Keeping fit, staying in shape, fighting the "flab" (= staying slim) – we know we're supposed to do all this, but what actually works? We're often told that crash diets (= very severe, short-term diets) don't work, and that regular exercise plus healthy eating habits are the only way to maintain ideal body weight. What do you do to stay fit and healthy? I'd love to hear your secrets!

It seems common that every time when we surt on net and enter in "lose weight", there will come lots of weight-lossing products, company with this also many strange ways about losing weight, like eat nothing except honey or fruit, and etc.

I don't think these are good ways, and totally belive that these kinds of products will do harm to our hearthy, maybe people become slimmer after use these products, but once they stop using it, they'll become fat or maybe much more fatter than before, that's a bad circulation.

On the other side to eat nothing except fruit or honey is not a long way to lose weight, what I belive is doing sports toghter with control our diet, not to eat too full every time, and eat less especially for dinner. But that's a long way, a slow way, one or two days can not see the result, but one or two months later, you may find something different, not only become slim, but also more confident about yourselves.

Hello people. In my case, I usually go run every day morning about 30 minutes, wich I think I can run 5 kilometries. After that, I do some exercises. At the sundays, I hide a bike and cicle about 2 hours. I make an effort to not to eat much.

For me daily excercise is "Mantra for physically and mentally fitness. Whatever you do whether its gym, cycling, running, yoga, maditation, swimming, playing games is good for your health…. One should give atleast one hour to his body.
I used to run 7-8 kilometer in the evening in alternate days and after running i do 50 push ups and than with my dumbles i do 3 reaptation. I never try to reduce my diet or took any supplements. I take my full diet. I advice every person to do excercise daily and stay fit. Now excercise becomes my daily habit…So….Ok.. bye…I have to go…..Its time for sweating.

Hello everyone, I know its hard to keep our slim body, but we have to avoid fatty food. In my case I don't have this kind of problem. Even I eat a lot , the food that I ate it does'nt make me fat.
Correct me if my sentence are wrong.

I agree that There is lots of losing weight products .In my case I also have no problem like this ,but I stick at yoga or dancing twice a week .By the way I keep eight glasses of water everyday .

it's hard – it's needs an apostrophe because it's means it is. In this case the letter `i´is missing and so apostrophe is needed.

our slim bodies – the plural of body is bodies

Correction: Even if/when I eat a lot, the food that I eat doesn't make me fat.

Note that you had the apostrophe in the wrong place. The apostrophe here means that the letter `o´is missing – doesn't means does not

hey.for being honest i think that the 62 weight is the start of being out-of shape.innit!am doing my entire efforts for keeping fit but believe me that the only useful solution is"the healthy food",the constant practise of different sports" .am i right or no.!!

Hi All, to become slim and smart we should do away with all fatty things and junk food items and make the habit of consuming healthy and balanced diet.
there are many ways to reduce the fat or to be slim but I prefer rather natural way to stay fit and fine like running, work out for few minutes daily and do away with all bed food(oily and deep fried ones) Because it has long impact as compare the others.
As we all know that obese body is the home of many diseases and like a hell so we should try to be slip and fit as much as possible because health is wealth.

hi everybody!
as you know,every person wants to be slimmer when they relaise that they start to put on weight.but if we take care of ourselfs about what we eat and how many calorie we gain and spend,we can be fit and happy.
First of all,we should drink much more water.It helps us to feel full so we dont eat overmuch.
By the way, 30 minutes walk after dining is very healthy.
Also,avoid from fatty and fast food.Eat fruits and vegetables,roughage instead of unhealthy foods.
In addition,take up a sport activity.it is good to keep body and soul together.
Use your brain! Dont feel fat, think about your body is reducing weight.
I do these things stay fit and healthy :)

hi..keeping fit is like considering a clean lyfstyle.
which means no vices and balance diet.For me all we need to do is to keep our balance in managing our life.JUST BREATH AND ENJOY LIFE.
